Our Baffle Plates (sometime known as Throat Plates) are made from a high-quality cast/steel that sit at the roof of the stove and provide protection to avoid damage to the flue.
A Baffle Plate slows down the flames within the stove to ensure more heat stays within the firebox, reducing the amount of heat that travels up the chimney, ensuring high efficiency.
The Grates (sometimes know as Fire Grates) we supply are also made from a high quality cast/steel. They sit in the centre of the of the firebox

All efforts are made to provide a reliable and swift delivery within 48 hours to UK Mainland regions on receipt of cleared payment and instructions if required.
To make sure we achieve a 48-hour delivery turn around payment must reach us by noon of dispatch day to guarantee the item will leave our warehouse the same day.
If we do not receive all the relevant delivery information when you complete your order we will contact you immediately to acquire this and will dispatch your items as soon as we have all the information we require for our couriers.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchases (EXCLUDING made to measure HD Stove Glass and vermiculite fire brick orders) if returned in the original packaging and unused condition.
The buyer is liable for the postage costs to return goods to us.
Returns for made to measure stove glass will not be accepted in any case.
All deliveries must be checked on receipt and any issues reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your items.
Items delivered damaged will be replaced immediately, however, a clear picture of the damaged goods is required before a replacement is sent.
Initial delivery cost (if applicable) and return costs will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or return.
