Electrical parts can't be returned to toolpartsPro as power tool manufacturers do not refund or exchange electrical
parts (switches, brushes, armatures, etc.) once these have shipped out to the customer.
When returning a product, ensure that the product includes all original packing materials,
manuals and accessories to avoid any additional fee and the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage.
Unshipped orders may be canceled by the customer himself or through request to eBay. Once an order is shipped it can't be canceled and you will have to process a general return which will incur cancelation fee, restocking fee, return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
