We send orders every business day with cut-off time at 1pm.
If you make an order on business day before 1pm – your order will be sent the same day.
If you make an order after 1pm or during the weekend or Bank Holiday – your order will be sent the next business day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48
By default we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders. This means your order usually will be with you in 2 or 3 days after the dispatch.
If your order does not arrive within 5 days please let us know. In the rare cases when the item is lost in the post – means did not reach you in 15 days – we will immediately send you the replacement. We kindly request you to wait until this time pass, as in most of the cases the package will arrive late.

UPS (mainland UK only)
All Courier delivery orders will be dispatched via UPS. This service is fully tracked and your signature is required for proof of delivery, should your item not arrive within 24 hours of dispatch let us know for immediately.

Undeliverable items
If your order cannot be delivered for any reason and it is returned to us, the cost of the order will be refunded, less any expenses incurred due to postage, package costs. Please ensure your delivery address is one that is secure and you are guranteed to received your item.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at anytime up to dispatch and a full refund will be issued.

Returns
If you wish to change your mind that is fine but you must return an item to us undamaged with the tamper evident seals intact. We will refunded the item less any expenses incurred due postage, package costs. PLEASE NOTE our containers are 24mm and designed to go through the large letter slot at Post Office. If are returning more than 1 item please pack them flat (side by side) if you don’t you will be charged at the small parcel rate we will only reimburse you at the large letter rate. If your item was originally large item we will of course reimburse you at the appropriate parcel rate.
