    eParcel is Australia Post's internet enabled fright system. The delivery status of package can be checked via the internet at Australia post website  by the tracking details you will be emailed after dispatch (make sure to check your spam/junk box if email not received).
    Orders over 21KG are distributed using 3rd party couriers companies like Toll etc...

    All our orders are fully insured, registered and trackable( unless stated differently in the listing shipping service).

1. Open the shaver by pressing the "release" button; 2. Remove the retainer by turning the lock counterclockwise; 3. Take out the old shaving heads and carefully insert replacements; check that the heads align exactly in the setting; 4. Replace the retainer and secure it by turning the lock clockwise; 5. When you close the shaving head properly, you will hear it click into place.
   
Reset your shaver after replacing shaving heads
   
After replacing shaving heads, you can reset the replacement reminder by pressing the on/off button for more than 7 seconds. Otherwise, replacement trigger will turn off automatically after 9 successive shaves.

30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases. Please contact us before leaving feedback, we are happy to help you and resolve any issues you may have. Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Log in to ebay and check in your transaction, we attache the tracking number to every order in ebay.

Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.
