They are called "Brook Fit".  They have easy silhouette, with flat front, back elastic waist and sideseam pockets. 

The crop pants sit slightly above the waist.  

The measurements are: 

20.5 inch inseam, 

30 inch waist (back is elastic so there is some stretch) and 

31.25 inches length.
