Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.

1) Your order was shipped out of the continental USA
2) Your item was tampered with, willfully broken, or is missing components and/or accessories.
All
postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the
purchaser. All returns must be pre-authorized. There will be a 15%
restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Please do not mail the
