This special set consists of five legal tender coin denominations plus a special coin, a ½ new sheqel with 12 sides, symbolizing the 12 Tribes of Israel.

The Obverse depicts a Hanukka Lamp from the Theresienstadt Ghetto which appeared on the silver Hanukka coin of 1984 5745. It is a symbol of Jewish courage and of the will to overcome darkness. The coins are packaged in a colorful binder portraying 'Jewish Heroism Through the Ages" in story and artistic illustrations.

The coins in the set bear new sheqel denomination and the mint year, 5754, with a small Hanukka lamp and the word "Hanukka" on the Obverse in Hebrew and English. All of the coins are mint-fresh uncirculated.
