Returns policy

Return only is accepted after contacting us. Any damage goods should be noted to us within 2 days of receiving goods. All return and admin cost will be to the buyer's account. Return will be subject to the seller consent.

Delivery and charges

Will be sent in one working day of purchase. Will be sent through royal mail or courier service, however please note in some cases courier service may take longer. Product can be insured on customer behalf and for insurance amount please contact us. We keep the proof of postage however we are not responsible if lost product or did not arrive in time, hence you are welcome to insure product by contacting us first.

For international buyers delivery it depends their country postal system which we don't have control off so before you buy please take this in to consideration. We can only claim for lost goods after 28 days.
