Description: Our minced onion is produced in the United States.  Minced onion is a smaller cut than our chopped onion, typically between 1/8 and 2/8 inch in size.  Minced onion is frequently used in commercial kitchens and for soup mixes.  The onion readily re-hydrates without a significant change in size.

Our 1/2 Pound to 20Lb sizes come packed in heavy duty re-sealable poly bags with a shelf life of 2 years from purchase.  Our bulk 30Lb plus sizes come in a commercial service poly bag in a box with a shelf life up to 2 years.  There are no other ingredients in this product.   Small orders are shipped by Postal Service, Large orders are shipped by ground transportation.
