This mirror is ready to install. Don't hassle with trying to find the right paint and other supplies and then trying to figure out how to paint the mirror and make it look good. If your not sure if this is the right mirror, check the sticker on the drivers side door. It will give you 3 digit color code for this mirror will be "1D4" which is Titanium Metallic.
