Listed is (1) Framed Terry Pyles “Sea Otters” Print W/COA.  This print is in great shape, colors are beautiful and:

·         Framed in silver frame W/Hex screws holding frame together

·         Signed in pencil by artist Terry Pyles

·         Numbered 144/1800

·         Includes COA on back with number 144/1800 written on COA

Along with the above mentioned item looked at by a professional frame shop.  Print is in great shape had no issues and had them fix/work on the frame by:

·         Replace the glass in the frame.

·         Polish & clean up the frame.

Although item is in great & beautiful shape there are some condition issues.  These issues are:

·         Item has been removed from the frame only to replace the glass, but was put back in professionally by a framing shop.

·         Although frame was polished and glass was replaced there are some scratches on the frame.

·         Multiple frame brackets show discoloration.

·         Fraying on wire on back of the frame (hanging wire.)

·         1 corner of the COA is coming loose from the back of the frame BUT still attached to piece.

Be assured the item is shipping in the condition described/pictured above so please review the pictures and description before buying.  I might have forgotten or not noticed some of the issues so be aware of what you are buying.
