Your order may be held for pickup in extreme temperatures.
Please keep in mind that our insects are a natural product. Some amount of variation is normal and expected. All sizes are sold as an average and there will always be some that are larger or smaller than the average in an order. We try our best to get all the worms in your shipment to be roughly the same size.
GROUND SHIPPING (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)
We ship out Monday-Wednesday via Ground (3-5 business days). If your order is placed Wednesday-Saturday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday. If your order is placed Sunday or Monday, your order will be shipped out on Tuesday. If your order is placed on Tuesday, it will be shipped out on Wednesday. We have multiple warehouses across the United States that we ship our orders via Ground from and will be sure to ship from the location closest to you to make sure you get your order ASAP.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
We ship orders out via Overnight shipping Monday-Thursday. For same day shipping on Monday, your order must be placed by 9am EST. For same day shipping Tuesday-Thursday, your order must be placed by 11am EST. Orders that are shipped Overnight come from our warehouse in Michigan.
If you are wanting to buy more than one of our items from us (from different listings) please contact us for a custom invoice to combine shipping.
