All orders placed before 3.30 PM will be dispatched same day. Postage will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class post or Courier, depending on the number of cartridges ordered. Delivery time (2-3) working day UK mainland, for Europe (5-10) working day.

The item must be sealed as an original packaging and not have been fitted to the printer. If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then email us.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of cancellation. Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility of the customer.

If one of our products ever fails you due to a manufacturing defect, Please return the goods with its original packaging upon receipt the cartridge. We will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched on the same day. However if the goods prove to be of saleable quality than postage fee will be applied to return goods.
