Scissors, Forceps and clamps arrive sterile packed so please only open when you are ready to use them.

Note these kits can be used for Puppies for human baby deliveries - these are professional medical use products

Returns:  accepted only when kit is still sealed in the box. There is a notice on the box advising you of this. Returns for open kits are not permitted due to sterile items.
Delivery:  We offer a choice of delivery services. We have most items with FREE economy standard delivery 3-5 days, You can upgrade for delivery speed if required urgently, the pricing will be shown on each applicable listing. 
*****NOTE please choose the correct postage option at checkout as we cannot change the service after you have placed the order. 
We offer paid for deliveries which are faster than the free standard. So please use these if you require a faster delivery. We cannot make the FREE standard delivery any faster sorry. 
Note any return to sender items due to been not collected or re-delivered attracts a return to sender fee which is charged by our courier. This fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Please ensure you arrange a re-delivery or organise a collection of your item.
We dispatch all stock items within 1 working day, any items which are not in stock, you will receive from ebay an estimated delivery date. This is an indication of delivery. Please email us through ebay for further information on your delivery.
