1.) All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan in a good
plain brown or white box condition.
2.) Will ship your goods by via a courier service, and it usually takes 3~15 delivery days to Worldwide except some remote areas.

1.) The Item is new and comes with 1 year warranty.
Please note that the item does not have international warranty, only Taiwan
warranty.
2.) How to do the warranty :
(1.) The warranty will be covered by natural faulty not
including man-made damaged.
(2.) If you receive a defective item under the warranty
period, buyers have to report to us within 3 days and take pictures to show us
the damage part and outside of the package.
(3.) We will try to help you solve the problem by
e-mail. If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item
for our checking by freight prepaid.
(4.) Returning postage is buyer's responsibility.
If it is the quality's problem after our checking, we will send the same new
item to you for free of charge.
