• Keys are sent back via Royal Mail signed for service which takes between 2-3 working days. If you require your key guaranteed next day then please contact us for a quote.
• We recommend you send us your key via a recorded postal service.
• All keys are sent at the owners risk.
• We are not liable for keys going missing/damaged/undelivered or undeliverable either being sent to us or when we return the key(s).
• PLEASE NOTE: Should we not be able to carry out a repair on your key, the key will be sent back less the return postage of £2.36.
