I bought this little fan and now carry it in my purse because I get too hot in the sun or in stuffy places. I hang it around my neck and it cools me down just enough.  I like the way it blows the air up at my face and I do not have to aim it there. I tie a knot in the cord to adjust the length of the strap so it is closer to my face (I'm short).
