With FedEx, EMS and DHL shipping, declaring lower value is not possible. According to FedEx and EMS, DHL shipping policy. Only the actual price must be declared. Therefore, even if you ask us for declaring lower value, if the product is being shipped out via FedEx and EMS, DHL we can't declare lower value, and custom taxes will be levied on buyer's side. Please be aware of this notification. We are not responsible any applicable customs charge, taxes and duties. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. RETURN

All returns should be previously discussed and agreed upon with us. We offer an Exchange or a Repair for a FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM when contacted within 14 days from the received date (We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item, for technician to determine the fault of the product.)
When changing of buyer's mind, the restocking fee 20% and the round shipping fee are on the buyer's side. Returning items for a refund must be unopened and in new condition, in their original boxes including all components and the packing material. If you refuse to receive the parcel due to customs import tax, the round shipping cost will be charged on buyer's side. Same rules will be applied for unclamed returned items.
