All my clothes fit the Coleco dolls from the 80's which are about 16" tall unless they are marked Preemie or another size. Outfit includes a woven PLAID SHIRT which fastens down the front with velcro,  blue jeans, a fringed VEST and CHAPS plus BOOTS and HOLSTERS of a lovely sturdy knit, and a BLUE ribbon string tie.
