We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

All items unworn/unused purchased (including sale items) can be returned within 28 days of dispatch (faulty or otherwise), for a full refund or exchange.  Date of dispatch will be detailed in the Shipment Confirmation email sent to your nominated email address on dispatch. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession, therefore please take care when packaging the items for return.  We cannot accept worn underwear unless faulty.
