Walt Disney World/Disneyland Resort - Mouse Ears People Collection - Pirate Pin

This retired Open Edition pin is one of a series of Mouse Ears People pins released at Walt Disney World.

This pin features a cartoon figure wearing a set of pirate Mickey Mouse ears. This pin is black with a slight tinge of lighter black on the face, and white. The Mouse Ears have a white skull in the centre. There is a eye patch covering the left side of the face and the chest features a white skull and cross-bones.

Mouse Ears people were designed in the style of an art/vinyl "Do It Yourself" toy, which at the time was a growing trend of collecting and trading.

These pins have the same style body, only with the iconic Disney mouse ears instead of other styles of head shapes.
