1. PACKAGE:

2. SHIPPING:

1.) All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan in a good plain brown or white box condition.

2.) Will ship your goods by via a courier service, and it usually takes 3~15 delivery days to Worldwide except some remote areas.

3.) Tracking number will be provided to the buyer for reference after shipped out the goods.
4.) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.     Please check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.  Sometimes    the Customs will inspect the parcel and sometimes will not.  We will send the product as gift or sample to help our customer lower or avoid    the import duty.  If you have any special request, please kindly advise us once place an order.

3. PAYMENT:
 
1.) We only accept payment from Paypal in advance to speed up the process.
2.) E-check payment may delay the processing time because we will only send out the goods until it is cleared by Paypal (approximately it    would take 3 business days ).
3.) We will use your PayPal shipping address as the delivery address.

4. HOW TO DO WARRANTY:
 
1.) The Item is new and comes with 1 year warranty.  Please note that the item does not have international warranty, only Taiwan warranty. 
2.) How to do the warranty :

     (1.) The warranty will be covered by natural faulty not including man-made damaged.
     (2.) If you receive a defective item under the warranty period, buyers have to report to us within 3 days and take pictures to show us the            damage part and outside of the package.
     (3.) We will try to help you solve the problem by e-mail.  If still have problem, please kindly send back the defective item            for our checking by freight prepaid.
     (4.) Returning postage is buyer's responsibility.  If it is the quality's problem after our checking, we will send the same new item to you            for free of charge.
     (5.) If the damage is made by wrong operation, please place a new order.
     (6.) Please do not bid if you can not accept the Warranty details.
