  • Plunge, slice, and dice foam like magic! This is the the foam cutting tool the world’s been asking for.

  • A combo hand held scroll saw and power drill that cuts foam with fast, clean surgical precision.

  • The 3" blade is made from thin, tough steel, with a unique round shape that slices quickly and cleanly in any direction like magic.

  • Cuts EPX, XPS, Blue Board, Pink Board, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene foams.

  • Cuts Pelican Case foam (Please use a mask, as this foam will release toxic fumes when cut with heat)

  • Handy slide switch right on the handle to turn the tool on and off

  • 6' of power supply cord and 6' of tool cord, for 12' of cord total.

If you are unsure whether or not this tool will cut the foam you intend to cut, please contact us before buying. The Hot Wire tools will cut many kinds of foam, but always check with the foam manufacturer to make sure there are no health or safety hazards when using hot wire tools.

 

 

NOTE: Polyurethane foam (aka upholstery foam) should not be cut with hot wire tools. It needs a ton of heat, gives off toxic fumes, and leaves a lot of melted plastic wherever it is cut. We recommend that the polyurethane foams only be cut with a blade or saw.
