Page & Company.  I estimate the book to be circa 1940 ?????.   The DJ is in good condition but does have light wear and soiling. The DJ has damage to the top inch of the spine cover.   The DJ has a small chip missing from the bottom of the spine cover.  The DJ has a two inch tear in the back cover.  The DJ has a few small tears.  The DJ has a few tiny tears. The cover is in good condition but does have light wear.  The spine cover is tight and the binding is good. The pages are good but have yellowed a little.
