Three gallons is one of the ideal homebrew batch sizes for fresh and tinned fruits as well as gourmet beers.  You can use the common 5 gallon buckets for your primaries which leaves plenty of room for foam and mixing.  This is a set exactly as shown with a 3 gallon glass carboy, a bung that fits and an airlock.  You'll also get three small free gifts that you will need!
