- Bed height tolerance is too far apart to allow this vise to be used side by side in multiple pack on a manual milling machine, unless performing a micro grind lapping on the vise bed height on a manual or CNC grinder.
- Tilt lock mechanism creates downward pressure on jaw ensuring both jaws are parallel during clamping; eliminating jaw tilt
- Vise bed is made from grey cast iron and the maximum tensile strength of the vise bed is 28,000 PSI
- Sliding surface of the vise bed is flame hardened and ground
- Accurate to 0.002” per 4” on squareness and 0.006” per 4” on parallelism without base
- Vise Key: 15.875mm table slot width, 18.00mm base width
