L-Valine is an essential amino acid. It can not be made by the body, and must be acquired through food or supplements. The male adult’s daily requirement is 10 mg/Kg body weight. L-valine is important for supplying energy to muscles. It is also important to nitrogen balance in adults. Food sources of L-valine including grains, dairy products (especially cottage cheese), mushrooms, meats, peanuts and soy proteins. Supplemental L-valine should always be combined with the other two branched chain amino acids (BCAAs, L-isoleucine and L-leucine). The combination ratio is usually 2:1:1 (L-leucine : L-isoleucine : L-valine). BCAAs serve as important fuel sources for skeletal muscle during periods of metabolic stress. BCAAs may promote protein synthesis, suppress protein catabolism and serve as substrates for gluconeogenesis. BCAAs are catabolized in skeletal muscle, stimulating the production of L-alanine and L-Glutamine, and other substances.

We ship to your PayPal address. If you want us to send to your any other address, please notify us in time. Please make sure that you provide us sufficient and accurate receiver name and shipping address information, we will make your shipping label with the exactly same shipping address as which originated from your PayPal account or your specific notification. It is your own responsibility for any shipping result if you did not provide sufficient and accurate “ship to” details, including not claim your package in time from USA (or destination country) Postal Service, resulting package returned back.
