This has been my dream for as long as I can remember.  That is what Feed Your Dreams is about; doing what you desire, one step or one recipe at a time and never being afraid to face your dreams head on.  Failure is only an option if you do not try.  What finally led me to create my spice blends and my cookbook were the encouraging comments from co workers, friends, and neighbors who, after eating my dishes, always begged me for the recipes.  I thought if so many people enjoy my cooking, maybe, I should put it down on paper.  Although it took me a long time to get here, I am here now and I know you will enjoy these recipes as much as my family and friends have over the years.

Growing up with German food was a great experience and inspiration for me and I found that I really missed the diverse flavors that were so easily found in Germany. Therefore, in this book, I will show you how easy it is to bring the taste of Germany into your home while also enjoying my other creations.

The reason I have chosen to write cookbooks like this is to provide you with a fun way to enjoy cooking with easy to follow, almost fool proof great tasting recipes!  Also, with the use of my spice blends you will not have to skimp on flavor but have a little Pinch of German of your own!

Through the creation of my spice blends like Schnitzel, and Goulash spice, House Spice, and Basil Salt (along with several others), I have been able to package some of these sensational flavors. This allowed me to recreate some of the traditional tastes found in my favorite recipes and it will do the same for you, allowing you to cook as easily in your kitchen as I do in mine. By the way, this is where the idea and the name for my book came from “A Pinch of German”!  I am always adding new blends to my collection which can be found on my Facebook page “A Pinch of German”. For those that know me know I have been writing and creating recipes for quite some time. I wrote a book actually but haven't had time to "get it all together" life got in the way - so thankfully now with EBAY I am able to start posting some of the recipes I have created, or remade over the years.
