14-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund within 14 days, buyer pays return shipping.

Restocking Fee

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee to cover fees incurred.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in same condition, meaning unworn unused with tags (if applicable) intact.
Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, or lastly, if the auction explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and the refund will not be issued. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase.

All returns must be filed no longer than 14 days of purchase date; after that time, we are no longer responsible - no exceptions!

All returns must be inspected and approved by us before the return is finalized.
