Vintage Cast Iron Wall Thermometer Frame Plaque Victorian Scrollwork Filigree

Decent shape overall.  The thermometer portion doesn't work but there are no cracks and the bulb seems to have fluid.  Dimensions are: 13-11/16" in length; 5-1/4" in width.
