Shipping

• Free shipping - Free to most US addresses, normally arriving in 3-7 days. A few items can take longer, up to 3 weeks.
• Carriers - We ship with several carriers (for example USPS, FedEx or UPS) to get your package to you safely and on time. Because the carrier can vary, a tracking number is not always provided automatically.
• Shipping time - We ship within 1-2 business days once payment has cleared.
• Remote areas - Addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, and in Puerto Rico, Guam or another US territory, can carry a shipping charge or delivery limits. Message us before you order; otherwise the order may be cancelled and refunded.
• State rules - Some items have restrictions in some states. For example, certain items cannot be shipped to California under state law.
• Delivery questions - Message us any time for a tracking update or with any question about your delivery, and we will help.

Return

• 30-day returns - Not happy with your item? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and get all your money back, or an exchange.
• How to return - Message us to start a return. We will send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
• No restocking fee - We never charge a restocking fee. If the return is not caused by our mistake, the buyer pays the return shipping.
• Refund time - We refund within 5 business days once the item is back with us in the same condition it arrived in.

Payment

We take all major cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Every payment is processed securely and encrypted at checkout. Please pay within 3 days of buying so we can send your order without delay.
