Bottom corner of cover and first page clipped off. Book appears to have had damage of some sort on the bottom that has been mostly repaired and cleaned. Bottom edge of text block is sanded and some scuffs on the bottom of the front cover. Bottom corner of text block appears to have had some dry rot. 

Book has a slight curve to it at the bottom text edge corner.

Everything above the bottom 1/2 inch of the book is in great shape

Spine has a lean to it but the spine is uncreased and bright red and yellow.
