Vintage Jere Lily pad. They sort of look like the raindrops also.. Could be cleaned. Some people like lots of patina so I left it as is. The last 2 pictures show wear on a couple of leaves. or it could be the way it is supposed to be not sure No missing pieces. Very pretty on a yellow wall.
