artist: PINK FLOYD
title: MEDDLE
cat# and origin:  E.3125 (SHVL 795) New Zealand
label: HARVEST green label EMI rim text
special notes: Super-RARE WRC Record Club issue - Unipak-style centre-loading gatefold with flipback tabs on the inside. Original glossy style jacket.
jacket condition: VG  Jacket shows some minor light shelf-rub but overall displays well - some signs of handling and mild stress - shows wear to the edges and corners. Spine edge damaged and worn but has been neatly and discreetly repaired with narrow strip of cello-tape (which is virtually invisible at a glance). Spine damage is more evident from the inside of the gatefold revealing a prior 3-4" split caused by the disc. Jacket graded low mostly due to the condition of the spine - Please check the pictures shown. Includes original WRC inner anti-static poly-liner.
vinyl condition: EX  Vinyl retains a deep shine and luster. Appears practically flawless and meticulously handled. Both labels are clean with NO writings or stains.

Overall a solid copy of this elusive gem, despite the unfortunate described flaws to the jacket. This is a genuine first WRC edition since the label design changed in 1975 to the WRC's generic strobe label. The vinyl itself is in great shape - and this may be the only opportunity you will ever get to own a copy of this record in this grade range. Even regular New Zealand pressings can be relatively hard to find due to the very small quantities pressed, and this particular Record Club edition is a staggeringly RARE record in our opinion.

OUR PROMISE:

We are serious about vinyl because we know you are too.
We will always show pictures of the actual item for sale (no stock photos taken from Discogs etc) and will always include clear pictures of any areas of defect.
We will always be truthful about the vintage and order of pressings (too many eBayer sellers misleadingly claim "original" or "first pressing" related to editions which are actually REISSUES).
We will NEVER use the grade "MINT" to describe any used vinyl record since this is a fallacy. The highest grade we will ever apply is NM (or NM+ only if the record appears absolutely flawless).
We will NEVER use lazy insulting AI descriptions which are designed to sugar-coat the facts.
We will ALWAYS describe any flaws or defects clearly and do our best to accurately grade vinyl.
We care and we pack records properly with card stiffeners and the vinyl outside of the jacket.
We don't sell anything we wouldn't be happy to include in our personal vinyl collection = NO unpleasant surprises for you!
Quality costs a little more but as any serious collector knows, it's the condition that matters - and the value of good quality vinyl examples will always soar above the mediocre.
We aim high but we're only human! If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase or you think we've made an error PLEASE contact us before leaving feedback and we'll do our best to make it right! We appreciate your interest and loyalty!
