No tags but still has the plastic stem from the tag, I firmly believe it is new, bought with about a dozen other new Ford jackets. 

I would say it is a fall/spring type windbreaker jacket. I would consider it 90s style. 

I'm 6ft, 38/40 waist, fits me snug in the waist, good everywhere else. Most of my close are XL so I would say it is true to size, maybe even a hair undersized, definitely not an oversized large.
