This is another engine from my late father's collection. Please study the photos carefully as they are a large part of the description. Item is sold as seen in pictures. Listing is for a Mills 1.3cc, air-cooled, non-radio controlled, model diesel aero engine. The engine is in as-new unused condition but is currently 'frozen'. I believe it is gummed-up with fuel / oil rather than seized. I have not tried to free it up so any bid should reflect this. 

After Mills engine production ended in 1964, the tooling and rights to the Mills engines were sold to an Indian businessman, Mr Suresh Kumar, who then produced them in India as "Aurora Mills" for some time. This engine is one of those produced by Aurora Model Manufacturing Company. It comes in its original box though this is a little tatty - See photograph. It also has the original operating instructions and safety instructions.

The serial number A279 is etched on the engine crankcase.
