When making returns, the buyer pays return postage.  If an item is returned, it must be in the same condition it was sold in for a full refund.  Seller reserves the right to change shipping carriers due to shipping fees.

I am a resale merchant, not a distributor or retail store chain.  If you have any problems with your item, please email me directly and I’ll be more than happy to work hard to resolve your issue.

I often reuse shipping materials to offset the carbon footprint.
