He is not working for sound/movement. Batteries were changed and he was still no working. He has a removable electronic part with a speaker that can be taken apart by removing screws, there could be a wire loose preventing him from working, but can not be for sure. He is being sold a preowned and not working.

The rest of him is in great condition with no rips or tears.
