Westland Carousel Collections
Limited Edition Lion Figurine Music Box
Hand-Painted, Solid Wood Base

A limited edition carousel lion figurine from Westland's Carousel Collections, numbered 1000 out of a production run of 9000. This piece features a realistically sculpted lion in a traditional carousel pose, mounted on a brass-tone twisted pole above a finished octagonal wood base. Westland is noted for their detailed collectible figurines and musical items produced during the late 20th century, often capturing the nostalgic aesthetic of classic amusement park carousels.

• Limited Edition medallion on base, numbered 1000/9000
• Hand-painted lion figure with ornate multi-colored saddle and tack details
• Solid wooden base with protective rubber feet and brass-tone identification medallion
• Features a wind-up music box mechanism on the underside labeled "Born Free"
• Measures approximately 9 inches in total height

Condition: The hand-painted figure shows light surface wear with a few minor scuffs visible on the rear haunches and tail area. The brass-tone pole exhibits light oxidation consistent with age.
