This Jefferson postal card is an outreach from C. Ramsay Cruett, Secretary of the Civitan Club Of Norfolk, regarding a special news broadcast from radio station WLOW (today WPCE) covering the election of three delegates to represent in Washington, D.C.

This postal card was postmarked in April of 1947 in Norfolk, Virginia, and sent to Mr. J. Dunston Wingfield in care of the Tidewater Hospital Service Association on Plume Street in Norfolk, VA.

After the years the item may show some typical wear, such as evidence on the frontside top edge where a paper clip once held this card.

PLEASE review the scans carefully and then purchase confidently.
