calculated for UK mainland and Northern Ireland customers.

outside of the UK, please contact us before purchase so we can arrange a
shipping quote. All import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are
the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery
dates are estimates only and may vary due to logistics,
customs, or courier delays.
M-Sport is
not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential loss caused by delays, nor
does any delay allow a refund, unless it exceeds 90 days from purchase.
If the Buyer
will not accept delivery, or if delivery cannot occur due to missing
instructions or authorisations:
· Risk
passes to the Buyer
· Goods
are deemed delivered
· Storage
and insurance costs become payable by the Buyer
Shortage
claims must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
All parts are
shipped from Dovenby Hall, Cockermouth, UK (CA13 0PN). If you prefer to
collect, this must be pre-arranged. Collection is available Mon-Fri,
08:30 – 17:30 and must be completed within 10 business days of
notification that your order is ready.
