This listing is for a Buffet Crampon "Moennig" model barrel for Bb soprano clarinet. I believe this was intended for the R13 model, but it should work with any Buffet, and other brands too. It has "1131 640" stamped on the back. It is 64mm in length. This barrel is made of grenadilla wood.
This barrel is in very good used condition. There are no cracks, nor any past crack repairs. There are no chips. There are a couple of tiny gouges to the wood at the top of the tenon (see last picture). There are no noticeable scratches/scuffs. The rings aren't loose.
