Tips & Warning: (1) If there is any Balloon tie tool included in the packet, which helps tying balloons easier, faster and painless on finger. You can insert balloons into the holes on the tape or put into grooves on clips. It will not fall out with a set of holes. Simply peel button off adhesive sheet and stick on the aim. (2) The confetti will naturally moves toward the gravity direction, spread them inside the balloon and make sure they are not bunched together before inflating them, you can rub the confetti balloons on carpet or towel with your hands repeatedly to distribute them to have effect in the pictures (please refer to Picture 3) (3) Please make sure DO NOT overfill the balloons, and also avoid sunburn, overheat, pointed object and excessive friction. Strong winds or over lap can cause pop-ups as well. (4) Assembly is required, it may take 30 minutes or above to create the balloon garland, it depends on each individual , so it may not be suitable for someone who dislike DIY. (5)These balloons and kits are not toys, they should always keep out of reach of children, and supervision is required at all time.
