COLLECTIONS - Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4:00pm. Please ensure you contact us with 24 hours notice to arrange pick up from our Distribution Centre.

DELIVERY - We send our sold items out using DPD, Royal Mail or Evri.   The service is usually shown on the listing and we will try to use the Courier specified.  However, if you're located in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles we may have to use another service that we have not shown.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We only use eBay Global Shipping. We have no control over charges.

PAYMENTS - Please make payments quickly. We are happy to help with any delays as long as we're contacted and given a date.

 We're always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us if you're still waiting for other auctions to end (within 4 days) so we can note this.
