Product Description

The do88 BIG-V50-S BigPack is a complete intercooler and pressure pipe upgrade for front-wheel-drive Volvo P1 T5 models, including the C30, C70, S40, and V50 with the 2.5L turbocharged five-cylinder. The all-aluminum intercooler has 163% more core volume than stock and lowers post-intercooler temperatures by 31°C, while flowing 13% more air. Flow-optimized cast end tanks spread air evenly across the core for maximum cooling with minimal pressure drop.

A 2.5" mandrel-bent seamless aluminum pressure pipe replaces the factory piping from the turbo to the throttle body, joined with 4-ply reinforced black silicone hoses and six clamps. The kit includes all mounting accessories for the intercooler and pipe. It's a strong upgrade for tuned T5 builds, but it does not fit AWD S40 and V50 models.
