3. Do not exceed the maximum binding thickness in any single cycle. Overloading is strictly prohibited, as it may damage the binding heads or the motor.
4. If any abnormality occurs during operation — such as staple jams, unusual noise or overheating — stop the machine immediately, disconnect the power supply, and resolve the problem before resuming use.
5. Regularly clean paper dust, staple fragments and other debris from the binding heads to keep the staple channel clear and extend the service life of the equipment.
6. Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment. Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by qualified professionals.
7. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, switch it off, unplug the power cord, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated and dust-free environment.
8. Children and untrained personnel must not operate the equipment, to avoid risks caused by improper use.

1. Mount the switch on the side of the machine head, slide it back and forth to the required position, and lock it by tightening the screw properly.
2. Press down on the stapling head.
3. Press the white switch; the staple channel will pop out. Insert standard staples and push them inward into position until you hear a “thud”.
4. According to the thickness of the documents, use a wrench to loosen the bakelite screw on the machine adjuster and the nut beneath it.
5. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the machine is ready to work.
