Real Carbon Fiber Car Interior

Product Description

This product is made of 100% genuine real carbon fiber with high-temperature epoxy resin curing process. It features ultra-high hardness, scratch resistance, heat resistance, waterproof performance, and durable 3D carbon texture.

Different from fake carbon fiber products such as water transfer printing and carbon stickers, our real carbon fiber parts will never fade, bubble, peel or deform under long-term use. Each piece has a unique natural carbon fiber texture, bringing high-end racing style to your car interior.

Installation Requirements

  •  Best installation temperature: 5°C - 35°C
  • Do not install in cold, wet, rainy or dusty conditions
  •  Make sure the installation surface is completely dry, oil-free, wax-free and dust-free
Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1. Clean Surface Completely
Wipe the original car surface thoroughly with alcohol wipes to remove dust, oil stains and wax. Keep the surface fully dry.

2. Activate Adhesive Tape
Use low hot air to heat the back 3M adhesive tape for 20?30 seconds to enhance stickiness.

3. Apply Adhesion Promoter
Apply a thin layer of adhesion promoter on the installation area for stronger bonding effect.

4. Dry Fit & Align
Place the carbon fiber part on the position first to check alignment, gap and fitment. Do not remove the tape liner before confirmation.

5. Paste and Press Firmly
Peel off the tape liner, attach the part from center to edges. Press firmly for 30?60 seconds, especially on all four corners. Ensure no gaps or air bubbles.

6. Final Heat Setting
Reheat slightly and press the edges again to complete installation.

After-Installation Notice

  •  Do NOT wash the car or touch water within 24 hours after installation.
  •  Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure.
  •  Avoid strong squeezing, scratching or lifting edges within the first day.
Maintenance Instructions

  •  Clean only with clean water or neutral car interior cleaner.
  • Never use acid, alkali, solvent, gasoline or corrosive liquid.
  •  Avoid sharp objects scratching or heavy impact.
  • Do not bend or disassemble the carbon fiber part forcibly.
