The Mount Hope Distilling Company on Peck Street in Providence, Rhode Island, first appeared in directories around 1901. It was incorporated in 1909, and it continued to be listed until about 1920. After that, it seems to have disappeared from listings, likely due to Prohibition starting in 1920.
