This vintage 1980s French advertising water carafe is made from clear moulded glass, with a distinctive mid century modern teardrop body that tapers up to a flared collar rim. Designed as promotional bistro barware for the famous French pastis brand Ricard, the front has the stacked "ANIS RICARD" brand name printed in a bold, flat navy sans serif block font. The underneath is subtly moulded with standard French distillery measurements of 50cl (half litre) and registration markings. The carafe is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or clouding, and the printed lettering remains completely crisp and intact with no scratches as documented in the photographs and revolving video. The bottle stands 19.5cm tall and measures 8.5cm in diameter at the base with a weight of 350g.
