34.5mm diameter, crown excluded. 16mm lugs gives the watch oversized impression. All original. Quality Präzisa movement works, but not serviced for regular use. Glass clean, few marks on patina dark champagne / bronze color dial. It is a beauty alright. 

You can choose between two NOS proper period genuine leather straps, see last photos. I'd advise dark brown one, with chrome buckle.
